Bob Irving – agrees to temporarily head the group of 6 willing to help
organize a flying club. I will interface with Eagle East to learn more details
about Eagle Bank/976 and expectations. (This is an “in organization”
group. At some future point a President, Secretary, Treasurer,
Maintenance Officer, and Scheduling Officer will be elected from among
organizing members. We will need to incorporate.) <o:p></o:p></span></font></p>
<p class=MsoNormal><font size=2 face=Calibri><span style='font-size:11.0pt'>2 -
Mike Lysik - will prepare a spreadsheet to help prospective members estimate their
costs based upon total number of members signing up. The greater the number of
members, the less the cost. We will use the info provided by Sean
relative to #976 with understanding that these are estimates…not actual
costs. Once we have the spreadsheet we can broadcast pro forma membership cost
info to the initial List of Attendees (20) to measure continued interest.

Jim Carlson – will prepare an inventory of #976 and gather specific data
relative to total time and engine time. Once this info is gathered we can
discuss pros/cons of Eagle Bank/976 vs. Off Field Bank scenarios. Jim has
already set up a group mail address <a href="mailto:eefc-core@workingcode.com">eefc-core@workingcode.com</a>
for the group.<o:p></o:p></span></font></p>

O’Leary – will notify original List of Attendees at initial meeting
that we appear to have enough interest to move forward and that estimated costs
will be forthcoming shortly. (We do NOT want to quote any numbers yet so

group to anticipate an email from me to provide add’l info and poll
